Our success can be attributed to the vision and dedication of our Managing Director, Yvonne Sweatman. After 20 years of working in the field of Gerontology, Yvonne created this nursing agency as a natural extension of her passion for working with Seniors.

Years of experience working in Long Term Care helped Yvonne to recognize a shortage in the healthcare staffing industry of agencies that are truly accountable and personalized; ones that build solid relationships between themselves and the organization.
